Anyone whose scalp or skin is in a hypersensitive state (during illness, recovery from illness, menstruation, pregnancy, etc.)
・Anyone with swelling, wounds, or skin disease on the head, face, or neck

・Anyone who has persistent symptoms of poor health (low-grade fever, lethargy, palpitations, shortness of breath, purpura, easy bleeding, difficulty stopping bleeding during menstruation, etc.)
