[How to use]
1. After adding water or broth to the ingredients, place the sheet on top before heating.
*If your pot is smaller than the diameter of the sheet, cut it to fit the size of the pot with scissors.
2. Heat with the sheet on top.
*For dishes that produce a lot of oil or scum, it is more effective to replace the sheet with a new one midway through cooking.
3. Once the oil and scum have been removed, use chopsticks to remove the sheet.
*When removing the sheet, be careful not to touch the pot or broth and get burned.

[Precautions for Use]
- When putting the sheet into or taking it out of a pot, do not touch it directly with your hands. You may get burned by contact with the pot or broth.
- Do not let the sheet overhang the pot. If it does, it may melt due to the heat.
- If there is not much broth, be careful not to let the sheet burn.
- Do not stack the sheets.
- Do not reuse sheets that have been used once.
- Do not use in a pressure cooker. - Do not
use on the bottom of a pot, for frying, oven cooking, baking (grilled meat or fish), deep frying, or as a oil strainer.
- As this is a flammable material, do not place it near fire or in high temperature areas.
